In our time together…

We will work as a team to uncover the truth behind what thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are not serving your highest good. Using a holistic approach, as both the student and the teacher, I will help guide you on your journey to greater self-esteem and overall satisfaction in life.

In our sessions, I will teach you grounding and mindfulness exercises to set the tone and help you to feel present in the moment. When you discuss your experiences, I will ask questions to prompt your deeper reflection and help you look inward. In our busy lives, we don’t often pause to assess our true needs, but we can begin to identify those needs by the way they color our actions and interactions. By encouraging further investigation in your life, I will help you clarify those needs that are driving you.

Those answers are buried deep, but they are already within you. It is my job to help you uncover them.

It is common to avoid thinking about the painful parts of our lives to just get through each day. Feeling pain is scary.

We look at people on social media and believe we should be as happy as they seem. We think that because we feel sadness, emptiness, or anger, something is wrong with us. But in reality, our pain is something precious. It is an indicator that there is a lack of congruence between the life we want and the life we have. This lack of congruence has presented itself as mental, physical, and/or emotional pain. By sitting with this pain, softening to it, and investigating it, you can release the beliefs and coping mechanisms that are blocking you from living the life you truly deserve.

I don’t heal my clients…

Rather, my clients heal themselves. My role is to provide guidance, support, and skills to help you on your healing journey. I will remind you of ancient truths that a part of you already knows - truths that free you from your painful patterns. I will teach you how to transmute and balance your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic state to achieve greater harmony within.

The environment I create for my clients is meant to provide a judgment-free space where you can share about the different parts of your life without fear of rejection. Instead of harsh questions or unwarranted opinions, I offer you gentle curiosity. It is a unique opportunity to have a relationship where you are the focus – where you are met with compassion and empathy. By providing regular sessions and coming prepared to listen gently, I provide consistency that facilitates safety and security. I will be patient as we move at your pace and as trust builds.

If you were taught to keep your emotions inside to make others comfortable, it might feel very uncomfortable to vocalize feeling sad, disappointed, or frustrated. But in our time together, you can have the experience of embracing your emotions and learning how to process them properly.

Once we make space for the fullness of your experience, you can learn how to tolerate and express things that once felt out of reach for you. 

By creating space for ALL of you, this can be the place you learn to release the experiences that no longer serve you… and become empowered to make choices that lead to your best life.
